So in a scene of the animated series Arthur, I heard this catchy EDM song being used in one of the scenes. The song is played from 0:04 to 0:24 in the following video:
Then, I heard what sounded like a remix of it again in a documentary I once saw on Youtube, starting from 9:32.
What's worth noting is that the documentary and the Arthur episode are both from 1999. Does anyone know what song this is?
