nick jr. short about a car? (australia, possibly 2007-2012)

i remembered some short that i remember watching on nick jr. many years ago, and it's bugging me
what i remember:
- it was in a series of 2D animated versions of kids stories. (i don't remember what the series was called either)
- if i remember correctly, the plot revolved around a red car who wanted to be painted a different colour
- the red car character gets painted pink and he says "cars aren't meant to be pink!". (this is the only detail i remember vividly)
i tried searching on places like r/tipofmytongue but i couldn't find anyone else describing anything close to this (or maybe i used the wrong search terms).
any help would be appreciated!
