I asked on Cinemageddon as they have an entire thread for finding rare movies so maybe something will turn up on there.
Thank you very much. Feel free to DM the thread's link.
Unfortunately Cinemageddon is an invite-only private tracker so only members can view the forums, but I will let you know if anyone on there finds anything.

Thanks. Did you link them all the information (this thread, the three documents, etc.)?

are you sure it isn't The Cave from 2005? because this part matches a scene from the movie perfectly
"Then a few moments later, the blonde transformed into a grotesque, extremely tall, and skeletal monster, somewhat like the Xenomorph Newborn from Alien: Resurrection fused with a Terminator. Think some giant skeleton with blue/gray meaty flesh. This monster began to chase the cast around, even killing some of them. Eventually, most of the cast manages to get away, except for the brunette. The cast did not know the blonde turned into the monster. The brunette tries to hide, corners into an area, gets found, and comes face to face with the monster, whom she realizes and remembers was her friend and feels some empathy/compassion. However, eventually, the monster is killed, either by one of the cast members or I think actually by the brunette herself. I am assuming the monster was killed by being put on fire." that sounds like a scene from the Movie
Also, remember this movie has a futuristic, semi-dystopian setting, at least from the atmosphere I remember. There was no present era cave exploration theme, whatsoever. This movie was almost certainly in the science fiction genre.
Hey my apologies, the link is not working for me on my end. It keeps loading into a loop, and I feel unsafe trying to trigger it.
Yeah for those sites you really need Adblock on, here's a trailer for the film on Youtube(unfortunately I could only find Spanish trailers for this film for some weird reason):link
I can't find much information on Polymorph. If it's the 1996 title of such name, that's not it. The first two and the Baby ones are way too old. Deep Evil and Proteus were already ruled out, and yeah Progeny/D.N.A simply aren't it. List updated.
I feel like Aliens may not really have been a theme in my movie, but rather the movie was about some manmade virus that turns people into monsters.
Also, guys, I really apologize that all of these aren't it, the suggestions so far. IDK really where to go now, since we've so many ruled out movies. Come to think of it, are there any lost media cases that are similar to mine, both ongoing and solved? It could just be me, but I feel like lost media involving movies is uncommon.
Oh no it's way more common than you think.
I thought of some other possible films- Alien Lockdown and Alien Express(AKA Dead Rail)
