I'd recommend asking about this on the sub-reddit called Tip of my Tongue as you'll have a much better chance of the film getting identified on there, the horror sub-reddit is also a good place to ask around for this sort of thing.
My best guess is that it's the 2003 Australian horror movie "Undead"

I already have asked there. 5 times in the 2010s, and three times in the 2020s, to no avail.
And good guess, but that's not it.
You've asked on both sub-reddits?
It might've been Alien Abduction, Night Skies or InAlienable.
Alien Abduction has the closest vibes so far out of any movie I've been suggested, but it's not it. Thanks though.
yeah I also suggested trying the horror sub-reddit Dreadit, i've had good luck identifying movies in the past by making threads on there, so you might want to try it:dreadit

I just deleted my Reddit account there, now, for personal reasons, and I don't feel like making another account at the moment. If you don't mind, can you maybe ask for me? Just say it's for a friend. You don't have to if you don't want to, though. Just link my google docs file and such and you can use the same title as this thread. Thanks.
Sure, my Reddit account will be getting unbanned in a few hours so i'll ask then.
Didn't post the Google Doc link directly in the thread because from my experience Reddit tends to remove those kinds of links(due to mistaking them for spam).

Okay, Alien Abduction, while it's certainly not the movie I am looking for, has been a major lead so far. I mean the atmosphere and colors of the movie look very similar to the movie I am looking for, even if the contents I am looking for are not it. And also the alien in the movie looks very similar to the alien I am looking for. And Alien Abduction is from 2005, which tells me the movie I am looking for is also from around 2003-2005. This is not much, but for 15 years, this is quite a big development. That said, digging into this movie doesn't find me my movie though.
Silent Warnings perhaps then? That one is from 2003. Another user on that thread said it might be the movie "Virus" with Jamie Lee Curtis.

I can't find much footage from Silent Warnings, but it doesn't seem like it, especially from looking at the cast and synopsis. And no, it's not Virus, also.
Holy! That's really close. This is the closest, even closer than Alien Abduction! Way closer! The monsters look somewhat close too, at least in their fleshy appearance, but not in the face. But the only problem is, I can't find a scene where the blonde is getting injected and nobody in the cast appears to look like the blonde. Also, it looks older than the movie I am looking for.
Any more information about this movie? I can't find much.
Okay, on second thought, I guess Breeders (1997) isn't really that close. Nobody in the cast really looks similar to the cast in my movie. And I think Alien Abduction still looks way closer in photographic quality, as well. But I will say the monster in the movie I am looking for looks somewhat like a cross between the monster in Alien Abduction and Breeders.
Got another possibility from the thread- Dark Breed(1996)
In my list, when I said Species, I meant the entire Species franchise; I should probably update that. Also, I just binged Species again recently, and it's not it.
Oh you meant all of them? OK. It might be Split Second or Adrenalin: Fear the Rush then.
I made a new Reddit account and attempted to ask on the DataHorders subreddit, but my submission was removed before it could ever be viewed.
I could try posting that on that particular sub-reddit myself, just copy and paste what you posted and post it here and i'll copy and paste it and post it using my own account.
I forgot what I wrote, but I think I simply linked this thread like you did on the Horror subreddit, so you can do the same there as you did on the Horror subreddit.
EDIT: But I think that's part of the reason why they removed it, well here's what they told me:
"Hey /u/**********, thanks for contributing to r/DataHoarder. Unfortunately, your post was removed as it violates our rules:
Reason: Search the internet, search the sub and check the wiki for commonly asked and answered questions.
Please read our rules and check our wiki before posting again. If you have questions or concerns, please message the moderators through modmail. Thank you!"
It might be better to message one of the mods before doing this and telling them that the bot automatically removed the post hastily.
That said, you have more karma than me, so you most likely won't end up in the filtering queue, anyways, like I ended up in due to being a new account.
Yeah i've had several Reddit accounts and I know there are many subs where you aren't allowed to post unless you have a certain amount of karma and/or your account has been active for a certain amount of time.
Anyways I posted a thread on Data Hoarders and my post did go through, but I got an automatic message recommending I try the sub r/DHExchange if i'm searching for a particular piece of media so maybe you might want to try that sub? I don't know if they have any restrictions on new accounts posting or not, if they do i'll post on there as well.
I tried to contact some of the people involved in Alien Abduction, and The Asylum Twitter account, but to no avail. Anyone else potentially useful to contact?
I actually have seen Alien Abduction myself and I don't know if that's the one you're looking for. I'm not an expert at contacting people so I have no idea.
