Silent Warnings perhaps then?  That one is from 2003.  Another user on that thread said it might be the movie "Virus" with Jamie Lee Curtis.

I forgot what I wrote, but I think I simply linked this thread like you did on the Horror subreddit, so you can do the same there as you did on the Horror subreddit.
