I made a few videos on my YouTube channel and I've ripped a few tracks from Dexter's Lab. Most of the music in the show is recycled as opposed to each episode having a unique soundtrack like most shows during the time period. One song that played in the show that is identified named Sabre Dance, which plays in Golden Diskette, Road Rash, Dexter's Dirty, and Sister Mom:
Another track that plays in the show is used the most often, but was never used in the Savino seasons. This one is used when something suspenseful is occurring.
I don't want to clutter up the post with my videos, but feel free to scroll through the channel and you'll be able to find more ripped background music from Dexter's Lab. Obviously all these tracks are named, otherwise the crew wouldn't be able to find them when editing and mixing the episodes. I heard that the show's music is synthetic, which explains why it has that trumpet sound that's only found in 90's/early 00s cartoons. Codename Kids Next Door and the Fairly OddParents seem to use a similar style of background music. Sadly, most of the channels on YouTube that involve background music are nothing but SpongeBob tracks, and there's about 20 something channels centered around them, we pretty much know the name of 98% of the songs that play in that show. But with Dexter, only one track is named so far. I tried IMDB, no luck, even tunefind doesn't have them listed.
