So I was browsing the Missing Episodes page on TVTropes and in the film section I heard about a movie produced by ABC Motion Pictures called "Class Opinion" which is virtually impossible to find any information about as it has no IMDB or Wikipedia page or pretty much any info online, we don't even know what year it came out. Only mention I can find of it is in this New York Times article:article
I'm not even sure this movie actually exists, I wouldn't be surprised if someone at NYT screwed up and named the wrong film.
If anyone knows anything about this film please do let me know.

Mistaking the name of a show like that would be very out of character for the alleged "paper of record"
"oooh, you're a- a freaked out child in the woods..."

NYT makes mistakes all the time so actually not out of character for them at all, I saw a documentary about former writer NYT Jayson Blair(who was later fired for writing false stories)and even when Blair was writing about something that actually happened, his stories would have a ridiculous amount of errors that needed to be corrected after being published, so I can totally believe that someone at NYT would write down the wrong name for a movie and it wouldn't get corrected.
As a connensiur of obscure forgotten 80s films (have yet to log most on my Letterboxd yet smh), yeah It's probably Class Reunion and the person making the article forgot it.
We're going back in time to when David Zaslav first learned about tax write-offs to bring true kino back ON THE MENU!
That's right, we're going back in time to when David Zaslav first learned about tax write-offs to bring true kino back ON THE MENU!
(And maybe also catch a concert from a certain other David born in January)

Ah nice to meet a fellow connoisseur, i'm curious what obscure 80s films you've seen, i'm familiar with lots of forgotten 80s slashers and action movies(some of which never came out in the U.S.).
