Probably some time between the mid-2000s and early 2010s, I saw a brief scene from a television comedy show that I used to think was Malcolm in the Middle, but I am unable to find a MitM episode that contains the scene in question, so I have concluded that the scene might not have been from MitM after all.
The scene took place inside a house that was presumably the house of the characters who were shown in the scene. A lady (presumably the mom of the family) moved a couch to reveal a literal "dust bunny", which was a huge amount of dust that had been made into the shape of a rabbit, and it also had a paper sign on it that had the words "Dust Bunny" on it. Upon the "bunny" being exposed, a young boy (presumably the son of the lady) had a shocked look on his face, and the lady quickly brought out a vacuum cleaner. In a slow-motion sequence, the boy dove to the ground and grabbed onto the "bunny" to try to "save" it, but the lady promptly vacuumed up almost the whole thing, leaving the boy with two handfuls of dust.
Like I said, this might have been a scene from Malcolm in the Middle, but I have not come across a description of an episode of that series that has anything that matches the description of the scene that I wrote of here. Does this scene sound familiar to anyone here?
Honestly this sounds like an unrelated opening segment for Malcolm in the Middle, so more than likely the plot description for each episode wouldn't really tell you much because they're generally not related to the plot.
I should have said; the scene struck me as being close to the ending of the episode of whatever show it was, but of course I could easily be wrong.
What I saw definitely wasn't "Watching the Baby"; the dust bunny in that episode was simply a sphere that was made of dust.
If that's the case it might not have been from Malcolm, it might've been from another show that FOX aired briefly that ripped off Malcolm quite a bit called Oliver Beene.

That's interesting, but FOX doesn't exist in my country and my country isn't in the list of countries where that show aired.

Oh OK, in that case I think you'd be better off asking this question in the sub-reddit Tip of my Tongue as you're much more likely to get an answer on there.

Oh wow, thanks! I never would have guessed that that was where the scene was from!
Strange thing is I saw that episode last year when I was rewatching the show but I had zero memory of that sequence when reading this thread. I thought it sounded kinda familiar but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
