There's this video that I've had forever locked in my brain but can't seem to find anything on. If I recall correctly the idea was simple, it was a weird short chubby dude trying to get home at night in the city, the whole clip was him walking from left to right on a rotated screen, I think the streets were circular if that makes any sense. On his way there everything is trying to stop him. Feel like he struggled through wet cement. At one point I think a brick wall turns into a face and bites his head off but he keeps walking and it just snaps back in place leaving the brick wall face surprised. It also could have been a venus flytrap. The short ends with him arriving either to an apartment or a house at the end of the street. I've tried tomt and other forums but so far no one ever seems to remember this.
