Unknown (possibly fake) Japanese Gameshow (NSFW)

I don't think it was on Snopes or the Onion or Something Awful or anything like that because I honestly don't go to those places, but I can tell you right now that I genuinely remember this coming up in a discussion, just off the top of my head.

Off hand I would say it was listed somewhere on TV tropes as like some sort of "what the hell is this shit!?" kind of post in one of their pages about like disgusting stuff or "Squick", I think they call it, or something like that.

But regardless I am literally certain I have seen at the very least someone reference and description of this show if not actually seen someone directly name it and I...I cannot remember the name of it no matter how much I try.

But if there's any evidence at all I'm almost certain it's on TV tropes.

If I recall the description was something similar to this or the actual clip where it literally was saying again like "what the fuck is this?", "why would anyone do something like this?", "how insane is this?!" or something like that and it may also have been mentioned on a forum. I used to frequent a forum that, believe it or not, was a Star Wars forum called Star Destroyer.net and it might have been there, we had some odd discussions.

And another one that immediately came to mind was that I saw this clip, or at least a description identical to it, on Tip of my Tongue and it wasn't that long ago, probably within the last year. Unless that was literally you posting, but you know...😅
