I've found a cassette labeled "DOUG CLARK - 1980-1984" on the A-side, and "MORE DOUG" on the back. Its a compilation of country/electronic songs written by a Doug Clark, but not any Doug I can find online. I've tried to rip it, but I don't have an audio interface or converter, so the quality is pretty rough. if anyone would like the rips, I've uploaded them to my google drive
