I am preparing to make my list of Top 10 Worst Cartoons Based on Video Games. That is why I am going to ask for some requests.

Just to be clear, I already have an envisioned top five entries, though I want to be certain of all of them. I already know about the dropped pilots Battletoads and Bubsy and shows like Zelda Cartoon and Pacman Cartoon (though I have not seen them yet), but do you know any particularly bad ones? (Do more than just Sonic cartoons, by the way.)

I haven't seen many video game cartoons, but Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm and the Darkstalkers cartoon come to mind (I'm ashamed to admit I watched the former all the way through).

I definitely know about all of those and have seen a handful of them.

As an update: should I avoid looking for shows with generally good reception like Air or Arc the Lad? You would not believe the amount of shows that I have to watch (I still need to watch some of my planned entries, like Tak and the Power of Juju and Viva Pinata, and so many others). I do not think that watching them all would be appropriate.

Believe me, some of the entries that I have planned for the list may surprise you. I might be ready to organise my list in a few weeks if I skip over certain entries that are well-acclaimed. Should I do that?

Here is a quick update.

Firstly, I will try to make this list in video format, using the Super Mario Bros Super Show as the transition footage.

On another note, the list itself could take some time, as I have a total of 35 candidates from skimming through the Internet. I may find more candidates along the way, but before I watch them all, let me list some potential ones.

Amnesia

Pole Position

Green Green

School Days

Double Dragon

Legend of Zelda Cartoon

Maniac Mansion

Rayman: The Animated Series (I actually knew about this one beforehand)

Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals (yes, I m counting movies but only those separate from the series; counting movies in a series would require me to include the series also)

The real surprise here, personally, was the Rayman cartoon. However, I still have some surprising entries planned.

Darkstalkers and Double Dragon are really bad. Maniac Mansion was live-action and actually not too bad, but it also has very little in common with the game.

You should check out the Saturday Supercade ones. Most of them were just mediocre but Frogger and Q-Bert were painfully bad.
