i remember watching a documentary on youtube about a furry around 10 with a fursuit and everything i Rember one line "obscure character i didn't want to keep him alive by doodling in my notebooks so i made him into a costume"? i dont remember that besides than those details i think it was a weird or a great big story thing but not on their channels so i dont know who made it and stuff EDIT if it is important i am not a creep or anything but I just have a memory of it

There's a couple of documentaries about furries that come to mind. In 2016 there was a doc called Fursonas that follows a couple of groups of furries, but I'm not sure if it's the right one because a lot of the sonas in the trailer have natural colour schemes.

More recently in 2020 Netflix also made a doc called The Fandom, but that's a little after the timeframe you remember.
