[found] animated kids show possibley from 2013 and back

ive been looking for this animated kids show for a while now so coming here to look for help, i think i remember seeing it back when i was 4 in 2012. the concept of this show was these two people lived in a world were they have to grant birthday wishes and stuff, one of the characters looked kind of like a wooper with arms and no whiskers. I think it was called like make a wish or something.
i do remember watching it on Netflix for the Wii, there was an episode called the big wish, and it was 2-d animated
anything will help even a characters name,
there was these little candles that represented wishes.
ill try and draw a recreation of the characters i can vaguely remember.
