Nazz had three voice actresses over the course of Ed, Edd n Eddy, the most out of any character (in fact the only other character in the series to have more than one was May Kanker, who perhaps not coincidentally shares both of her voice actresses with Nazz). Tabitha St. Germain voiced Nazz in "The Ed-Touchables" (where she is only heard cheering and murmuring) and "Pop Goes the Ed" (her first full speaking appearance). For unknown reasons (apparently she couldn't work on the show anymore), she was replaced immediately afterward by Erin Fitzgerald for the remainder of Season 1 and the entirety of Season 2. After Season 2, Erin Fitzgerald relocated to Los Angeles (from Canada) and aka Cartoon replaced her with Jenn Forgie for Season 3. Jenn Forgie apparently recorded dialogue for multiple episodes, possibly the whole season, but the only episode we heard her in was "Boys Will Be Eds." After hearing her take on Nazz, creator Danny Antonucci so preferred Erin Fitzgerald's performance that he was willing to pay to fly her back to Canada for recording sessions for the remainder of the series. She also apparently re-recorded all Season 3 episodes as Nazz except "Boys Will Be Eds," so this was to only time we ever heard Jenn Forgie's Nazz.
Now, I gathered this information from several sources (Nazz's Voice Compare page on Behind the Voice Actors, and the show's TV Tropes Trivia page), neither of which are official/100% reliable, so I don't know how accurate this story is. But it looks like there's at least some Nazz dialogue recorded by Jenn Forgie that the audience never heard, unless the re-recording was done specifically for reruns, in which case it's simply currently unavailable. I guess the best way to test that last part out is to dig up some home recordings of Season 3 episode premieres.
