I remember as a kid, watching a movie on TV at my grandparents house and I remember it was set somewhere in USA and all I remember was a soapbox derby being in it and a bunch of kids racing in it. There was possibly a carnival or fair in it to. I don't really remember anything else other than it may have been a movie from the 1980s or 90s but I don't think as far as the late 90s but from my vague memory, I think it looked like an 80s or 90s movie.
When I try to remember what this is, I keep getting the memories mixed up with the movie My Girl from 1991 with Macaulay Culkin but I don't think what I am remembering is that movie unless it had a soapbox derby type race in it. Can anyone help? From looking it up, I was getting movies from 1936, 1950s or 25 Hill from 2011 and it is none of those.
The two soapbox derby movies that I can think of that came out around that time were
The Little Rascals (1994)
Miracle in Lane 2 (2000)
Thanks, I know it wasn't Miracle in Lane 2 as I know Frankie Muniz wasn't in it or I would have remembered that. I am also pretty sure it came out too late to be what I watched. I watched a few clips of The Little Rascals and it looks like it could be more likely that was what I watched but I only saw it once in the 90s so I can't confirm it for certian. Unless there are other movies?
