Some of the first educational videos uploaded on YouTube come from a channel called "ppornelubio" (yes that's really the name). The first video was uploaded in September 8, 2006, while the final video was uploaded in March 24, 2008. In the following animations posted below, they all seem to share a consistency which indicates that they're part of much longer tapes, further reinforced by the fact that they all have the same narrator and soundtrack. The thing which has made tracking the origin of these particular tapes difficult is that no credits or indication of the sources are given in the uploads. There are only two leads which I have made so far. The first is that in both of the immune response animations, the synthesizer used in the background is the Korg Wavestation, which was released around the early 1990s. This tells us that the animations were created at least during or after that time. Another lead was found in the comments of one of the videos. It stated that these VHS tapes were made as supplements to books authored by someone named Cecie Starr. Looking up her name brings up some biology related books she's written but nothing comes up if you add "VHS" or "tape" to it. Some of these books are available on the Internet Archive. Unfortunately, this is where the leads end so far. The narrator of the videos has not been identified, but if he is identified then this would help the search a lot.
Lastly, the following is a list of links to all the animations that the YouTube channel uploaded, from latest upload to earliest. As mentioned earlier, note the consistency in narrator, soundtrack, sound effects, etc.
