we are family a musical message for all unidentified clips

if you were ever in elementary school and used a computer you might remember a program called zac browser it was basically for autistic people  but whenever i got the chance to use the school computer thats when i discovered zac browser and everytime i went on it i always clicked on the videos button to watch some videos ( this was before i discovered youtube) os i was looking around and i saw this video with a thumbnail of the count from sesame street so i clicked on it and it was a music video for a dvd called we are family a musical message for all but  that video introduced me  to shows  since i was little  the that introduced me were spongebob the fairly odd parents and the book of pooh but something intriged me the editing it was a mix of show  intros and original clips and clips from the exsesting shows i loved it un til i came across a wide screen version of the video and made me curious i know the spongebob clips used were from jellyfish jam but the oswald clip that was found last year was froma episode  called sammy starfish live so i watched and went to the end and it was the same clip so meaning the editor used the clips to make lost media enthusiast to find the clips but the clips two i wonder is the  jimmy nueetron clips the one a t the begining theres a seen with jimmy and goddard then after a strange close up of judy nuetron smiling and blinking heres the vidoe link if anyone wants to help:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSl_JWbv-IE&t=3s
