We all know about Counter-Strike Condition Zero's development history from 2001 up to 2004, and how many content was changed or removed when switching from developers to Rogue Entertainment, then Gearbox Software, then Ritual Entertainment and lastly Turtle Rock Studios.
Counter-Strike Condition Zero Deleted Scenes was essentially the planned single-player campaign that Ritual Entertainment developed that was included in the final game, and was very more akin to Half-Life, with 19 missions in total.
However, in Condition Zero Deleted Scenes' files, there is mentions of an unreleased 20th mission titled "Sniper" in both the czeror_english.txt file and in the materials folder under the files cz_sniper1.mat & cz_sniper2.mat, suggesting that the map was to be two maps long.
It is unknown what this map would've looked like, since no official screenshots or footage were released by Valve and Ritual Entertainment (and maybe even Turtle Rock Studios), however it was speculated that it was supposed to be a Helicopter-based Sniper mission at least according to the 36th episode of ESCalation's Cut Content of Counter-Strike series.
The original video source that ESCalation acquired for the 36th episode of his Cut Content of Counter-Strike series is unfortunately lost for the time being or is very hard to find unless you have a copy in your backups. Anyways, the original video source was probably five minutes and featured the player killing a variety of terrorists (Which are probably supposed to be the French & German Terrorists according to the Counter-Strike FANDOM Wiki page on this cut mission) with a Sniper rifle and an M60 machine gun, with the skybox taken from the multiplayer map de_vertigo from Counter-Strike 1.6 titled "tscity".
The mission was probably cut because, one is was straight up boring, two it would've exceeded the possibilities and limits of the GoldSrc engine, and three probably a bit buggy. It was probably cut when Turtle Rock Studios took over the development of Counter-Strike Condition Zero. In addition, the GIGN (which were to be playable in the cut Sniper mission) were the only counter-terrorist faction to not be playable by the player in Counter-Strike Condition Zero Deleted Scenes.
