When this thread hit 10 pages, I made a recap of the search's progress by that point (Link here to the post). Currently, though, I'm working on a Google Docs document that'll hopefully compile and organize ALL the information discussed thus far. Make it easier to find all the search ideas, links, information, memories, etc. without trying to wade through 20 pages here, one page of a separate thread, and various Reddit links and Youtube comments.
I may be massively over-thinking everything, putting a lot more time and energy into this than I really need to. But I've hyperfocused on this search for a second time, and when I hyperfocus, I like to organize.
I feel as if the most likely place that we're gonna find these bumpers are old recordings of DBZ Kai or Avatar. I've actually noticed that on archive.org, there's an entire upload of the NickToons version of DBZ Kai, just without commercials unfortunately. I've held off on contacting them and asking if they have the bumpers until after we see the results of the animator contacts, though.

I don't think it was bessie saying it though, my memory's foggy and I'll need a bit of time to think about it, but i vaguely remember it sounding like a third party saying it. I remember when i was a kid watching it, i had imagined that it was coming from a tv or something out of frame. I also remember the same voice saying something else but I'm struggling to remember what it was

I tried to make it as organized and thorough as I could, and easy to navigate using the outline (on the left of the Docs screen on PC, on mobile if you click the three dots on the top right you can open the outline from there). Let me know if I missed anything notable, or if anyone has suggestions to improve the doc.
I honestly don't have much say nor contribution to this thread. I just want to compliment I appreciate the love and dedication to finding some obscure short-lived bumpers. Best luck folks! ~
