I can confirm that when I watched the promos on the old nicktoons website, that was the logo present
I can confirm as well. Only that while the narrator was announcing, “Nicktoons gets zombified”, the logo changes colors. I remember it being a really light pink with red blood.
So basically now we basically have the most likely timeframe of when they aired, being October 29th to October 31st. Meaning we need to find stuff from that time period.
One of the bumpers aired October 27th, based on a tweet I found back sometime before page ten of this thread. But still, the very tail end of October.
Edit to add details so nobody has to go searching the first ten pages: One bumper aired in the evening on Oct 27th, possibly the FB&CC one. Another, specifically the FoP one, aired midday on Oct 30th. That’s all based on timestamps of tweets reacting to the Zombified bumpers presumably as they were happening.

I forgot specifically what vid this was on but someone said they remembered the FB one having "Chum Chum teleporting around the screen before the bumper came on as almost like a jumpscare". I got a response from a Nicktoons archive channel and it’s sad news for now he said I was talking about the weenhallow weekend bumpers from 2010 were a nicktoon turns into a monster with even new animation I responded to him then that I mean the Hallowmean bumpers let’s see what he’s is going to say

Chum Chum falling apart, and Cosmo's jaw falling off both seem like they could happen in the same shot as what we already have. So Bessie could be a similar case. However i kind of doubt that just because the shot we currently have wouldn't really work with what people remember it as. Since the two reports we have were of her Limping, and her twitching like on the FNAF title screen. I suppose the twitching could be in shot. But limping would be hard to make out if that is the only shot. It still feels weird that they would go harder on Bessies with a fully new shot than the other ones. But if the theory of that all the shorts were done by different animators is correct than it could make sense.

What I’ve been imagining for the Bessie bumper is her twitching and limping to the right of frame and away from the “camera”, and then she turns suddenly to the camera at the same time as a smash-zoom in on her face, which was where the thumbnail screenshot was taken from. I’m not sure if that fully matches the descriptions people have given, but it would account for both Bessie limping and the image we have with still a very simple “camera” movement that wouldn’t be too far off from the other two, assuming you’re right about no camera/frame changes.

That's actually quite accurate, from what I remember, following the guy saying "nicktoons gets zombified", it shows Bessie limping down a hallway to the right of the frame. She's still wearing her glasses though they are cracked and she may or may not be either missing her entire arm or just a piece of it.
You can hear her groan and call out for her dog Pappy as she limps and it either zooms in to the end of the hallway or to a picture frame on the wall, though that part is a bit foggy to me.
Then it cuts to her face, that being the screencap we have of her, almost like a jumpscare and she does a bit of a half-groan half-scream kind of thing before the short ends
