Alright, just to satisfy everyone's questions about the SpongeBob bump, I recreated how I remembered it to the best of my ability. THIS IS A CONCEPT, THIS IS NOT A REAL SCREENSHOT. THIS IS JUST SO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR EXACTLY.
Despite this being a mockup of the spongebob bumper the fact these bumpers used rigged pngs makes this mockup very accurate to the original most likely

One place I didn't think to look for was old Nicktoon Facebook groups. Sometimes they keep older videos and clips there that have been forgotten or just haven't been erased yet. I know it's how i found an old lost french clip from 2001 a while ago. Might take a look there later, but yeah i just thought it could be an idea at the point we're at, might as well look everywhere.
How about joining & posting about the search in said Facebook groups? It might jog the memories of some users, and add pieces to the puzzle.
I’ll try it and make another post in this thread logging what groups I posted in, and I suggest anyone else trying this do the same so we don’t overflow them.
According to the attached search result, this FB group has a potential lead. But they post several times a day and I’m not sure how to access such an old post without scrolling for an insane amount of time.

Unfortunately, I did come across this, and it's just a fan-made banner.
But I see TRAFON on my timeline often, and it might be a good idea to reach out to the person who runs the account, maybe on Twitter, about Zombified. They've been around for a while, and even though they might not remember it, if we got them to post about it I'm sure some of their followers would.

Oh wow! Well, even though it wasn’t what we were looking for, I’m glad you found that so we at least know what it is.
I did DM whoever is behind the account, on Messenger. I’ll update when I get a response. There may be something relevant buried under all those old posts.
Couldn't someone try and recreate the audio to these?
Maybe, but like. We don't really know what the audio was like besides the groaning lines. For all we know they could of had friggin Whispers in The Dark by Skillet playing. I think it might be worth a shot. But it's kinda hard to be accurate since we don't really know the audio design of them yet.

I don’t remember that much from those ads, except for the animation. I have good attention to animation, but it was kinda hard to tell what words they were saying.

Something interesting i found. I found this thread on Wayback Machine tips and tricks which i will link here forums.lostmediawiki.com/thread/6672/wayback-machine-short-guide On it. They said that if you search "web.archive.org/cdx/search/cdx?url=*.example.com&fl=original&collapse=urlkey&showNumPages=false&page=0" in you browser, and replace "example.com" with whatever website you want. It will show you all available links from the website. I tried this with Nicktoons.com. And the Hallomean links came up.
Initially i thought these were the ones we already had. But putting them into the Wayback Machine. I think these are unique links since they only have 2 archives at most each. And they all either don't work, or redirect to Nicks site. Idk if this means anything, but i thought i would point it out.
Edit: I was not expecting them to actually link to Nicks site but here we are

My brain wasn't stimulated for like 10 minutes so i decided that wouldn't do, i HAD to do something I went onto the Nicktoons Wayback machine thing i posted yesterday. There is a link on there for a Halloween page on Nicktoons website. However, it leads to a dead end. As it just shows this error on the site.
I think trying to find Halloween pages for Nicktoons stuff might be a decent lead. I thought i would share this just because i thought it was interesting.
