In spanish class ten years ago my teacher played a few of these. The only one I remember is one where some of the lyrics were "Me gusta la playa, I like the beach". These felt very similar to Kidsongs in general directing style, except that it wasn't the people shown that were singing, it was separate voice overs. They also seemed to be from the 80s or 90s judging by the fashion. For reference, the cirruculum used was Prentice Hall Realidades, but I'm not sure if the videos are from it or not. I don't think they are.

OK, wild guess but I wonder if it was "At the Beach" from "Family Circus Presents Lyric Language - Spanish". It was a bilingual PC game from the 90s and there were music videos on the game which had a mix of cartoons and live action.
That's it! Thank you very much! It's interesting that that software was used. I don't think I would've ever been able to find out on my own. I do seem to remember now though us watching these music videos on computers through a CD. As a result, there's probably not a VHS version.
I wonder if the videos were embedded and someone could view them without opening the game.
From my personal history with the game, I remember not liking it. I didn't really feel like I was able to learn Spanish from it as a young child and felt like JumpStart Spanish was a bit more effective. However the Birthday song is an earworm and every so often it pops into my head despite not hearing it for years. I also disliked Family Circus which I think also turned me off of it as a kid.
For that info I could find on Family Circus Presents Lyric Language. The weird dubbing/voice over of the music videos were probably due to the fact they were dubbed in different languages. Languages used were Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Japanese.
There seems to be different formats the material was available in - Edutainment game that was for Windows and Macintosh - VHS with the music videos - Cassette/CD with just the songs
- Song book with lyrics
On Goodreads, there is an entry which shows that there was a DVD and audio CD version
I don't remember seeing any sort of game interface or the Family Circus name, so I think it must've been CDs with just the music and they probably had that alternate title. I don't remember the title in full but "Lyric Language" was for sure part of it at least. Fascinating info you shared.
