I don’t know if you’re the one who made this image, or if you happened to just stumble across it, but this is very clearly an edit made to troll people.
If this was written correctly, it would’ve translated to something along the lines of: “Don’t Die, Saki-Chan! Punch!” But whoever put this text through Google Translate forgot to copy the ゃ on -Chan, so it instead reads as “Chi N”.
Also, while I’m nitpicking: The exclamation points are wrong, too. They’re supposed to shift when the text is written from the side.
