Whilst uploading this clip of channel surfing, I realised that one of the Noggin shows briefly seen is largely lost. "Phred on Your Head" was a variety programme which aired between 1999 and 2001.
Approximately 35 seconds appear in this video, and having skimmed the handful of episodes available I can't find a match for this particular segment.
The footage appears between 2:45 and 2:50, then a longer section from 3:31 to 4:00.
It's not much at all, but worth documenting regardless. Hopefully somebody much more knowledgeable about Phred than I am is able to take some shots in the dark about which episode this might have been from. I can only find title listings for the first season, though this is probably a rerun because the date is 17th February 2002.
