[S]Adaptation of "Alice in Wonderland" from an ABC broadcast

Originally sourced from an ABC Australia broadcast of "The Red and the Blue" episode "The Suitcase" which also features an advert for "Don Spencer's Australian Animal Songs", one second of this title card is at the very end of the video. Does anyone know which adaptation this title card comes from? It is possible that it might have been Australian-made considering where it was sourced from.
