Christ-for-Arms

Someone in a Discord server I'm in posted this picture of a VHS of a weird-looking movie called Christ-for-Arms.

I searched for the title, as well as the artist whose music is apparently featured in it, but found nothing. I noticed that it was watermarked with "@truewagner" I looked that up and found an Instagram account that has posted this picture. Does anybody know anything about this, like if it's a real movie or just a parody made for the Instagram? Also, apparently the owner of the Instagram account has been accused of rape.
