These ads I watched in 2000s in one russian educational channel during the commercial break. I remember only three.
In first ad there were a penguins that stood on ice floe and froze, then the wind stopped blowing and the snow melted. And the ice turned to sand. The ice floe became an island. Penguins there sunbathed, drank a cocktail, threw discs (and once he accidentally got into a penguin's mouth when he was drinking juice, and then threw it to the one who threw it) and flew a kite. In second ad there was an underwater life. The fish swam. Then something fell to water and then fishes turned to skeletons, but they continued to swim. In last ad here was a 2d animation. It was about forest and one man that with a chainsaw sawed some trees. He got so carried away that he accidentally sawed his legs. At the end there were some flies around his legs.
I remember that before each video a screensaver was launched, where there were a title block of videos also made in 3D on a blue underwater background under someone's gurgling as if into a cup (remember how in childhood you dabbled when you put your mouth in a cup and emitted a gurgle). Wanna find it.

But here's so strange. No information about Re:Act, about animators and another men who made these shorts. Also no CGI cartoon about man who sawed the trees.
