Hello everyone, I spoke to Kenji Sasaki, the director of Sega Rally and worked on Ridge Racer on twitter today. And he has posted me photos of what is without a doubt the first ever goraud-shaded and textured driving game. Simdrive, which was a prototype to demonstrate the capabilities of System 22 and Ridge Racer.
