There was a commercial for the SNES game Super Pinball Behind The Mask which aired in early 1994 which featured a guy playing a pinball table then being sucked into it and ended up in a void with doors which led to the 3 different tables in the game. The voice over said something like. "In Super Pinball Behind The Mask you can experience 3 exciting tables on one game pack. Then at the end he smashes out of the table with an explosion scaring 2 people who were about play it and he was "You're not ready for that and walks away with tattered clothes, messed up hair and pure white eyes which are glowing which are glowing for some reason. Then the Nintendo logo appears in the bottom corner.
