Strange Sonic/Shadow bootleg plush 2003

He typically likes finding rare plushies.

If it exists it would have likely been made by Toy Network since they were doing crane game plushes around that era, however I've never seen or heard about a plush like that so I think you might be misremembering the details.

Toy Network did have pretty poor quality control but that wasn't until later in their timeline and they also did stuffing that felt like newspaper but that was only in their larger plushes which were won from carnivals.

If some bizarre combination of the two characters exists I'd love to be proven wrong cause that sounds like the most Toy Network thing ever, however given the details of the plush and facts I know about Sonic plushes I don't think it exists.

I seem to remember it having a Sonic Adventure 2 Battle hangtag as well.
