There was once a programming block on the Filipino television network TV5, which aired western cartoons from the major animation giants. The block took up the schedule in the morning until afternoon. The block ran in full from the late 2000's to the mid 2010's, until its schedule was cut down to only in the morning, with dubbed western movies filling in the gap. The block still airs today, although it has a short runtime of 2 hours.
The most enticing part of these kids block was that all of the shows that aired were entirely dubbed in Filipino, with intentions of enforcing the Filipino language amongst its young audiences. It meant that most (if not all) shows that aired on this block were dubbed. Considering the network has been airing cartoons for a decade, it is safe to assume that the amount dubbed versions of show produced can make a pretty long list.
Most of these dubbed versions of these shows are only limited to a season, and can stay on the block for about a year until the new lineup replaces it. Thus it lead to a lot of these dubs being lost as they were never rebroadcasted.
Finding the lists and schedules of this block is kinda rough, as items (particularly the schedules) from the late 2000's to 2011 are hard to find. The TV5 schedule page in archive.org looks broken.
the only series i know of that was archived from this channel in full was the second season of teacher's pet- do you know of any other dubs that are fully/partially found?

You mean Tagalog? almost of the western animation aired in the Filipino broadcaster were dubbed in Tagalog, some of them kept it in English. Nowadays they broadcast Tagalog dubbed western movies, sometimes they broadcast it in English.

The term is quite interchangeable, the term mostly used in schools for the language is "Filipino". That term kinda stuck with me.

That is all I can find concerning complete or partial episodes, as the rest of the dubbed shows aired now only have promotional material to be considered their last traces of existence:
A Youtube Channel dedicated for the Generator Rex promo: generatorrexontv5

I’ve seen less dubbed stuff on tv these days and more of the original English airing still the Abscdn kids block got canceled because of Abscdn termination now I know this is a TV5 Discussion but I think that some dubs like the Jimmy Neutron one aired on there.

I do need to mention that in the first years of Nick on ABC5/ Nick on TV5 Kids (2005 to mid 2008), the shows were all in English initially. Then a transition happened in mid 2008, where morning Nick shows were in English, and Afternoon shows were in Tagalog (SpongeBob was both aired in the morning and afternoon) until fully switching to Tagalog after a month of that transition.
I have a collection of Tagalog SpongeBob episodes, mostly from the early seasons. I'm not sure if it's allowed to post the link here.
TV5 only aired Seasons 1 to 3 in Tagalog, and then QTV Seasons 1 to 4 (or I think 5) in English, and then Abs-Cbn Seasons 1 to.... well I don't know up to what season, but surely up to the later ones.
