This is a very bizarre PSA, taking a character who didnt originally have a heart and making them advocate for keeping your heart healthy is a very weird concept lol.
Where did you hear of the sequel? I feel if it did exist, it would star a different Oz character besides the Tin Man, but that's just my thought.

Sounds like something for wizard of oz I guess mostly because of using animated characters as a thing
