I remember watching this strange Christian puppet/live action show growing up. My local church had numerous VHS tapes and had a system in place that works like a library. I do not remember the name of the show, however I do remember the plot. Vaguely...
So, the show opens with this Teddy Bear sitting on a boy's bed and talking about random stuff that I don't remember. Then some bully girl comes into the house (I think) and takes him for some reason. One thing leads to another and the bully girl and the bear end up in the forest where they are greeted by a bunch of puppet forest animals. The only other thing I remember was the bully girl sang this awful off-key song. I only remember two verses.
"Will God hear me if I don't go to church on Sundays? Will God hear me if I don't go to church at all?"
I searched all over the internet for this show, and there is no sign. I think it maybe lost.
Posting here to see if anyone knows what I'm talking about, or to spark interest.
Not sure what your rules against bumping are, but I'd just like to say that I found what I was talking about. Sadly, it's not the full special. Seems to be cut up into what I assume to be, all unintentionally funny parts.
