Candy Can Do It, But I Sure Can't

So uhmmm... this Israeli channel uploaded 2 videos that feature this duo-cassette thingy called Candy Can Do It, & apparently this was a freakin' thing in Israel. Both cassettes are in English for some reason, which makes me wonder if they ever considering the fact that most people in Israel speak Hebrew, meaning they wouldn't have a clue... or maybe it's supposed to teach people English, & my brain is just melting in mental lava(ok, yeah I checked, this is to make people over there learn English). 9 episodes of this series are available in full, though I'm not even sure if it's the whole series. Wikipedia says 9 episodes were all that were made, but considering Wikipedia's reputation, that might be false, or some crap like that.
