It was never made. Anyone that wants to fund a kickstarter to get a shitty movie made is wasting their money as far as I'm concerned, since the only interesting thing about this film was that it was lost. It's one thing to track down a lost film that sucks, experiencing the joy of saving it, and then having a laugh at the "they actually made this? What were they thinking?" aspect of it. But when we become the ones who made it (by funding the project) then the joke's on us. I just don't understand the appeal at all.
No idea about Foodfight. Im not sure I buy the robbery story, but if I do I doubt the person would ever share the contents online and basically admit to theft.
There haven't been any updates to the project lately and last I recall hearing, it wasn't a very big priority to be made (the kickstarter also hasn't gone up to my knowledge).
I do agree with thesupermetroid02 to some extent because the real intrigue with this movie was discovering what it was. And I'll admit it, once we had total confirmation that it was never made I was pretty content with being done with it.
It would be neat to see it released eventually, and if it did come out I'd always feel like I have a personal connection to it, but yeah other than the novelty of it, the lack of interest has resulted in nothing more being done with it.
