I remember that I watched between 2002-2004, but not possibly later, an eerie film where a clown with a purple garb stared directly into the camera, totally silent, and walking sideways to generate an eeriness factor. His intent was to kill people with his little hand-knife somewhere in a party.
I remember that I watched it with my siblings. I tried to look for it myself. The closest I could find was a film titled Amusement from 2008, but I knew it couldn't be it due to its date, even if all the rest of the clown's description matched. When I asked my sister, she assumed that we watched the Stephen King movie, so she wasn't to much help. When I asked my brother, he felt almost an epiphany when he was resolute about what kind of film we watched. A scarecrow film. That didn't help me much when all the results didn't match and he might have been thinking of an entirely different film altogether. The film could date pre-2002, but not possibly after 2004.
