Hello and excuse my english. When I was little (probably about 17-18 years ago?) I was watching TV and saw some scenes from what seemed to be a 3D animated movie about nuclear explosion. I remember an asian woman who was looking at a mushroom cloud, she screamed and grabbed her own head, and just a moment later a blast wave burnt her skin. And after that I remember a little asian girl entering a wooden attic where other kids (maybe not only kids) were waiting for her. It looked like they were the only ones who survived the explosion and were trying to figure out what to do next. The colour palette of the movie was yellowish-brownish-orange. If it helps, for some reason I think it wasn't the movie itself, but some sort of a report about it on russian TV. I was never able to find anything like this on the internet to the point when I started thinking that it must be a false memory. But the scenes that I described are too vivid in my mind, and there's no way I could've known about nuclear explosions back then.
Is it possible you may be referring to Hadashi no Gen/Barefoot Gen? I haven't watched the movie myself, but from what I've seen, it sounds very similar to this description. It's about the Hiroshima bombing

Ah nvm, didn't notice it said it was 3D animated, not 2D
