Back when I was a kid, I watched a documentary about the best kept secrets (or something to that effect). The topics I remember seeing were how Ren and Stimpy were voiced by the same actor (Billy West) and how a building was allegedly taller than it was (I don’t remember the specifies, but for example the architects say it was 30 stories but it’s actually 29).
They also talked about how Betty wasn’t including in Flintstones vitamins. I recall turning to my parents and telling them that I remember getting Betty before. Upon doing some research, Betty was added December of 1995. I would assume the special was made before then, but replayed later.

^I don’t remember what channel it was on. I’m guessing Discovery, TLC, History, or one of the broadcast networks. It was something my parents were watching. I think it would have been around 1997 or 1998, give or take a year or two.

Hmm… maybe it’s just me, but this feels like one of those specials that used to air on VH1 back in the 2000s. Do you remember if there were any people in it? Perhaps celebrities?

When in the 2000s, because I refuse to believe that I could have seen any later than 2000 or 2001. I know I was a grade school aged kid and not a teen when I saw it. As for celebrities, I can’t say. I don’t remember anyone specific, but I can’t say there wasn’t any.
I have to agree on this sounding like a VH1 show, especially since Billy West would host episodes of Ren and Stimpy for a VH1 segment. I know that could be irrelevant, but they tend to recycle celebrities for their programming. It also sorta reminds me of pop-up video type facts.
Looks like it was called Secrets Revealed and it first aired on ABC in 1994. Here's an article about it from the South Florida Sun Sentinel. The article has a list of secrets that the program revealed, including the voice of Ren and Stimpy, Trump Tower being billed as 68 stories instead of 58, why there are no Betty Rubble tablets in Flintstones vitamins.

^Thats probably it. Maybe it was replayed or remade at a later date because I would have been four in February 1994. I was thinking I was more like six or seven.
