And thanks to Fábio Oliveira, a member of the Wiki Dobragens (a regular editor and contributor, not an admin), we were also able to the the Aristocats/Nice Cats and Toys movies by Dingo Pictures.

Do you have links to those?
Not yet. I prefer to talk to him before I post any link. I think he might let me post them, but I prefer to be safe and ask him first.
UPDATE: he agreed and he'll send me the Toys movie. In the meantime, I was able to find the Tarzan/Lord of the Jungle movie.
They do indeed exist, yes. But if you meant whether they were unauthorised, it's possible.
Considering that PSB even dubbed some public domain Looney Tunes and Disney shorts with Trisan releasing them (in a collection with Popeye, Little Lulu, Gabby, Porky Pig, Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny shorts dubbed by a different studio), I wouldn't be surprised if they were unauthorised. Either that or Trisan was able to get a pretty cheap deal for the Dingo and public domain stuff.
And thanks to FBIwinx19, there's new information about more dubbed movies. They were released, but they're yet to appear. Here's the list of the movies that he mentioned and what I assume are the original titles:
Pocahontas - As Novas Aventuras ("Pocahontas", 1995)
O Coelho da Páscoa (might be "Die schönsten Geschichten vom Osterhasen" as the title translates to "The Easter Bunny")
As Novas Aventuras do Coelho da Páscoa (might be "Neue Geschichten vom Osterhasen" as it seems to be a sequel to the previous movie)
Sherlock o Rato Policia (Ein Fall für die Mäusepolizei (DE), "The Mouse Police", 1995)
Uma História de Natal (may or may not be "Lustige Weihnachten: Max' wundersames Geschenk", since the title cna be translated to "A Christmas Story")
As Aventuras de Balto o Huski ("Balto", 1997)
Os Novos Músicos de Bremen ("Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten" (DE), "The Musicians of Bremen" (EN), 1997)
Wow! I guess Italy wasn't the only country to get the storybook movies outside of Germany.
Uma História de Natal could also be Es Weihnachtet sehr..., but considering there's a Portuguese dub of its animated remake The Toys Room, maybe not, since a Portuguese dub of Im Tal der Osterhasen is yet to be confirmed.
There are also Portuguese dubs of Peter and the Wolf and The Dalmatians as well, titled As Aventuras de Pedro e o Lobo and Em Busca dos Dalmatas respectively.

Well, the Peter and the Wolf one was recovered just now, thanks to FBIwinx19 as well, so it's one off the list of lost dubs.

Let me just say, with that one you just gave us the link to, I finally watched a complete Dingo Pictures movie and oh boy, was it something. These walking/running animations, the fact characters just appear not from the corner of the screen but starting at 5 cm from the left corner (but NOT the right corner), how they even forget to draw new backgrounds to fully replace the ones of previous scenes, the Disney design plagiarisms, how there's one saying "Yeee", absolutely everything about the duck, how it has barely anything to do with the original tale, how the wolf has a 90s alternative rock theme, how the grandpa's voice actor sounds like he hasn't drank water for days (heck, how no voice actor got credited in the end, they were THAT ashamed), how the grandpa just casually gives a gun to his 10 years old kid, the completely bonkers general message that you should go out and tackle by yourself dangerous wild animals and disobey the people caring about you by not staying inside (and being rewarded by the whole village for it), the movie just...ending with ominous wolves coming to the village (there, the end!). The portuguese dub just adds to it, it is amazing! Dubs do matter!

Good news! "Pocahontas: As Novas Aventuras" and "O Rei Leão II: As Novas Aventuras" (Der König der Tiere: das große Abenteuer) have been found in European Portuguese!

One last update.
It came to my attention by FBIwinx19 thatthe EU Portuguese dub of Goldie: Abenteuer im Zauberwald (the Bambi knock-off, and known as A História de Bambi) was found. It was buried in the middle of other videos posted by foreign portuguese comics.
Here's the video:
The most interesting part is that when I contacted Dingo Pictures themselves, they didn't mention this dub (probably because it isn't documented on the Dingo Pictures Wiki).
