all of Teamo Supremo is on NetflixLAT apparently

I've heard that every episode of Teamo Supremo is available on NetflixLAT, whether they are in English or not I have no idea. Anyways I was wondering if it's possible to get access to LAT via a VPN?  It would be sweet if we could get all of the missing season three episodes and finally close the book on this show, then we'd have every single One Saturday Morning/ABC Kids Disney cartoon complete.
