Hey there, guys. Name's Ryan Silberman, and I've been a lurker on the site for around some months now. In October, I figured that I could try and find some lost video games, myself. Wouldn't you know it, I happened to come across the English copy of Terrifying 9.11 (The unofficial Metal Slug port for Game Boy Color with shoehorned 9/11 themes), so I was quick to order that one. Come late November, and I received said copy. I intend to mail it to Taizou (who dumped the Li-Cheng Chinese version of the game - I have been communicating with him about the plan) sometime within next week, but I did release a video a few days ago showcasing the cartridge and playing it on camera.
Because it's an unscripted video of me recording something, I might sound kinda awkward during it.
Either way, I have also included some of the previously-yet-to-be-seen-by-the-public English versions of the game's cutscenes at the end of the video (as photos of the Game Boy Advance showing them, but still). Also interesting to note is that the seller of the cartridge found the video and told me more about what he knows of the game, which you can see in the comments section.
To sum it up - I have the game, I will mail it, and Taizou will dump its ROM for all to download and play, which will effectively render this version as no longer lost.
This is the internet. Don't people make fun of 9/11? never-mind.
