According to his comments on my video, he's priced the game for lower than another seller he knows of. There couldn't possibly be a supply, either, as he says authorities have confiscated/destroyed most of the cartridges when they decided to regulate content appropriateness at shops tourists would buy from.

Im trying to decide if its worth it to buy a copy - as a collector piece. I might wait for the ROM to get dumped then make my own copy

You do whatever you'd like! One minor snafu right now is that Taizou is not going to be home from the 21st to January 1st, so I'm going to have a wait a bit to mail mine to him.

The price is a bit too high for me sadly but at least the rom will be dumped. I've been looking for a copy online for years now.
Good news! Taizou has received my cartridge and already has it dumped! He sent me this picture of the game running on the hhugboy emulator. It won't be much longer now before the ROM is made public and everyone will get to play the English version of this game at long lost. I will update with another reply as soon as Taizou releases the ROM.
