Canadian here grew up watching mid to late 2000's Teletoon, even as a little kid I preferred watching the stuff they shipped over from Nick and CN. If I remember right, the show 6Teen was pretty good, or at least passable compared to their other stuff. Also recently saw a few episodes of Detentionare, it seems be be alright, good premise and execution but lackluster artstyle. I swear it gets worse the longer you look at it... Now that Cartoon Network has it's own Canadian variant, I mostly watch that, though that also gets a lot of Canadian programming.
There's also the other kid's channel, YTV, which has a lot of it's own programming and it's... not great. With the one exception of Ruby Gloom, which is an awesome show.
But if we're talking about the best thing to air on Teletoon, I'd have to say this:
I do not mind the late reply. I am aware, though, that these kinds of topics get so little attention compared to the other "major" networks like Disney Channel and Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. I was actually referring to original and co-produced programming from Teletoon. You hear people talking about shows, with the most notorious being Johnny Test, and not even bother to mention, let alone describe, Teletoon. 6Teen seems to get mixed reviews, although I do plan to watch it sometime in the future. I also hear that it gave executives the wrong idea about what children want to watch, hence leading to its downfall. As for House Hippo, it is indeed special in of its own accord. I am much obliged for the suggestion.
On another note, let me briefly note the Teletoon originals and co-productions that I have seen (I am not ready to judge all of them, though): Caillou The Adventures of Paddington Bear Pippi Longstocking Ned's Newt Animal Crackers Donkey Kong Country Cybersix Angela Anaconda Mega Babies Maggie and the Ferocious Beast For Beter or for Worse Untlkative Bunny UnderGRADS Pig City Clone High Ratz Sons of Butcher Johnny Test George of the Jungle Total Drama Skatoony My Babysitter's a Vampire (yes, it counts) Detentionaire Camp Lakebottom Grojband Total Drama Presents: the Ridonculous Race

You forgetting my man Gerald Mcboingboing? Also, I remember this odd little show about inanimate objects coming to life that I remember fondly. It's explained in more detail here
For the record, I am trying to keep track of just about every Teletoon show, especially for this particular topic. I have seen neither Gerald McBoing-Boing (2005) nor Planet Sketch but recognise them by name and will likely watch them in the future.
By the way, which Teletoon shows do you like and hate? I need to watch many more shows to make a judgement. (I covered most of the initial releases of 1997, and afterwards it is just by mere interest. Most of the shows either sound awful or uninteresting or were things I left aside and never bothered to visit.)
I appreciate the replies and honestly hope to see people that have more to say than just "Johnny Test makes me angry to look at it! I see it every day as a pandering..." (That was just a summary of the majority of people that discuss Teletoon.) All opinions are welcome, and I am curious to hear your thoughts.
Now I want to make my point. I am interested in making a list of the top 20 worst Teletoon shows (only five of them are truly memorable, with those being Total Drama and UnderGRADS and Clone High and Ned's Newt and Untalkative Bunny) to reflect upon the 20th anniversary of the network.
Do you have anything to say about it? I am keeping an eye out for some potential candidates like World of Quest, Futz, The Ripping Friends, My Life Me, The Day My Butt Went Psycho, Jimmy Two-Shoes, Yakkity Yak, etcetera.
Wow this is awesome to see all those shows get some attention. Nobody ever talks about this stuff lol. If you want help remembering some shows for this thread I have a handy playlist of basically every show we grew up with here in Canada from Ytv, Family, and Teletoon.
FYI I've just uploaded the CRTC logs for Teletoon from 1999-2015. They were already available as part of a larger CRTC collection, but this makes them easier to browse online without having to download the entire thing.
