Apparently Lost CN bumpers featuring 'Jorge'

I remember a set of  Cartoon Network bumpers titled roughly "The Amazing One Man Hard Rock Metal Music Force, Jorge!"  These bumpers would include the title card read in a heavy metal voice as metal music played, and then the audio would cut and it would show Jorge playing an unexpectedly ridiculous instrument.  I remember one with a horn and one where he plays a triangle.  The Jorge character as I recall had typical heavy metal attire such as spike bracelets and such.  I remember him looking vaguely like Muscle Man from regular show, although this would have aired far earlier than Regular Show's premiere.  Does this sound familiar to anyone?  I can't find mention of it anywhere online.  I recall finding an offscreen recording of the triangle variant a few years ago on YouTube, but it has apparently since been removed.
