I'm putting together a project for a friend of mine, and I'm trying to locate a certain episode from the Pokémon anime. All I have is a brief clip of the left side of the screen (in poor quality, no less), and I don't really have the time to go through each individual episode to look for this brief scene. I was able to find a .gif of the second shot revealing the whole scene, but I still have yet to determine the origin of the clip.
Description:
The scene takes place in a grassy field, starting off with a brief zoom towards a mountain.
Panning from right to left, Bulbasaur & Squirtle (offscreen) are playing while Charizard is sitting down and is possibly sleeping.
Misty (holding Togepi) & Brock are sitting on a pink mat, about to have a picnic, while Ash and Pikachu sit on a rock looking at each other.
This episode would most likely have aired in America no later than November 2000 (though it could have been shown in Japan prior to then) and most likely would have taken place during the Johto Journeys season (or POSSIBLY Johto League Champions).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
