I don't know if anyone besides me knows of these toys but they were basically these animatronic/moving toys that resembled food like lobsters and sushi and if you pressed a button you'd hear manical laughter and screaming noises followed by theremin music, I haven't been able to figure out the name of these toys but they were very Gemmy Industries-ish.
I know what you are talking about you are thinking of your thinking of these animated China fake toys with which basically to my knowledge there exists a couple I know that there is one where a parrot pops out of a soda and there is one where a snake or rat that pops out of a burger I unfortunately could not find any videos of but but I talked about them on a discord server with a couple of friends and according to them there is indeed videos of them on YouTube but they are pretty hard to find but if I ever find the videos I will send them on here

It also had this description along with the image describing the item.
I'll admit, I was tempted by toilet guy, but I couldn't resist the "Engrish" of 'Suddenness Surprised Gift'. This item is a fake soda can which, when you squeeze it, something jumps out and music begins. Very similar to the SOUnd Controlled Magic Music Bottle in fact, and at only $1.80 it was impossible to resist.
As you can see, the one I got sort of resembles a Pepsi can and a green bird with evil red glowing eyes pops out. The "music" is actually a high-pitched "chirping" sound very similar to that which you get on a keychain alarm designed to scare burlars away. But forget the toy, it's the instructions I was paying for!
