The title was supposed to be "The Little Train - complete English dub and original 1980 Italian dub".
In 1980, Sergio Minuti released an animated film called Il Trenino nel Pianeta Favola, which is based on the lost TV series Il Trenino that aired on RAI, as well as using footage from other films he directed. In 1985, it was dubbed into English by Harmony Gold USA under the name The Little Train and, according to Daniel Cordell (whose desperate attempts to find the film sparked my interest), aired on American Broadcasting Corporation that year. That dub would later get released to VHS in the UK twice: once by Kids Cartoon Collection, and once by Master Video.
According to a comment by Christopher Sobieniak on Wes's (now deleted but mirrored by me) upload of the English dub of the film, it was also released on VHS in the US by J2 Communications. Unfortunately, the only copy of the film in English is from the Kids Cartoon Collection which has two cuts, one of which was likely done to remove the "END FIRST PART" and "SECOND PART" cards. Luckily, a copy of the Greek dub of the film has surfaced which starts near the end of part 1 and ends midway into part 2, but at least has the missing scenes.
In the 1990's, the English dub was itself dubbed into Italian and released on two VHS tapes under the name Il Trenino delle Favole. The first part is up on YouTube and has the first of these cards.
Unfortunately, the original 1980 Italian dub has yet to surface in any form. Though my attempts to find that version just result in posters and animation cels, I do remember seeing it having a Sky Cinema Italia page, but the film itself doesn't seem to be anywhere on that page (and I think that page is long gone). According to Daniel Cordell, that version likely had a DVD release at some point, but I can't find any proof of that ever happening.
One of the shorts that was used in that film, Le Avventure di Leoniglio, did receive a home 8mm release in condensed (and muted) form, and can be found on YouTube. I dunno if the short's original audio was part of the original 1980 audio, and I doubt both Italian dubs of that film used the same script, let alone the same dialogue track.
