I would really appreciate any help to identify this song. This version is the high quality full version that has been found last year: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4a08CilBSBE
There have been at least two files (this one and the low quality one [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBfds7BFkLg]) online, the HQ one was named "Pop.mp3" while the low quality one was found on an online compilation called "新歌热舞 专辑 359 (New Song Hot Dance Album 359)" under the name of "欧美抒情高档Pop"
The search has been ongoing for more than a decade now.

"Your Eyes" first appeared on the internet around 2003 on a compilation on a Chinese website. The compilation was made by an unknown (as of February 2021) DJ. The compilation was named 新歌热舞 专辑 359 (New Song Hot Dance Album 359), [can be listened here: soundcloud.com/your-eyes-tms/sets/359-1 The song we are looking for is the fifth one on the playlist] and contained "Your Eyes." However, the file was named 欧美抒情高档Pop (European and American lyrical high-end pop), so no name. Other songs were posted on this compilation that remain mysterious. There are even lost songs. Later that year and into 2004, the song and compilation began to spread to other Chinese websites like 666c.com and real2000.org. The song individually ended up on hcdj.com (another Chinese website) in October 2004 with the same file name as on the compilation. Eventually, it ended up on another Chinese website called QQMusic.com.
Some time between then and 2009, DaRioXYK found the song on "some website" in low quality and with the intro cut off. He then posted the song onto YouTube in December 2009 with the title Italodance Sconosciuta/Unknown Italodance. It is unknown if he got it from one of these Chinese websites. This was the only snippet [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tW0yP7LfhE] available until 2020.
