[SOLVED] Mysterious Teletoon(???) Jumpscare Bumper

Could it have been an Adult Swim bumper?

Judging by your age on when it aired, it was about 2012-2014. I was watching Teletoon at the time, but I don't remember seeing a bumper that included a jumpscare or a bunch of classic internet screamers.

Even on Halloween, I'm pretty sure they did have bumpers; however, they don't fit your description of the jumpscare bumper.

It's likely that you were not tuned into Teletoon.

I know that they had Teletoon at Night, which is basically similar to Adult Swim. It was a programming block for all the teens and adult shows that starts airing at 9PM. Then, it would switch back to Teletoon at 6AM. (following eastern time) You saw the bumper around 7AM-9AM though, so that's another reason on why it can't be Teletoon.

And yes, Teletoon only aired in Canada and nowhere else. (I believe so)

Do you have any second thoughts on what the logo at the end could be, other than Teletoon?

EDIT: Reading this forum again, maybe there is a possibility that it could be Teletoon, but I can't really say since I don't remember it. Maybe Teletoon was just involved in producing the jumpscare bumper, but they didn't air it on their channel.

I saw this exact same bumper! I can't remember the channel it was on, but I know it was near Halloween, in the morning, and on a channel that had kids cartoons. I remember the face just like that too, and the description you provided. However, I also remember that before the jumpscare and the angel footage, a tween/early teens boy was talking about the legend in front of his old video camera. He was holding it and stuff. I also remember him voicing the captions provided, specifically one saying "Did you see that? Something passed right through that angel!" before the jumpscare. I also remember another bumper like this on the same channel, where it was another jumpscare but instead of the angel it was the same kid talking about how cute his dog (a pug) was. It zoomed into the dog's face and then boom, similar/exact same jumpscare. I wish I could remember the channel, but all I remember is watching cartoons like Green Screen Adventures, Grossology, The Future is Wild, Time Warp Trio, Pokemon, Power Rangers, Sonic X, DBZ, and other miscellaneous shows like that. For time period reference, I'm currently 18 and remember not being in middle school yet when I saw these. I also believe it had like, MTV music videos and Smosh? With Drew Peacock? I remember my mom not letting me watch it. Could be misremembering a few things, but trust me, I know exactly what you're talking about.
