When I was younger I have a faded memory of a Sesame Street spin off called Open Sesame. One of the few things I remember were the characters would pop out of White circles on a blue background. I think it was probably an older show. When I looked on the Internet all I found Was the opening in a different language and a promo. Update: I remember the theme song was somebody come and play. It is a old Sesame Street song. Btw this is ColtReviews But my official account got approved.
It was for international audiences (Spain, Sweden, France, Montreal, Portugal, Italy).
I'd be interested to know how you came across this. Are you American, or are you from a different country? Many of them were in production or shown well into the 90s, or even later!

Do you know what’s weird I am American. I remember a English show was available on demand Via DIRECTV. Possibly could be another show entirely with the same name? Now that I read the article I myself am interested. I will search around for more information
